لە چوارچێوەی پڕۆژەی (MYRP) - بەرنامەی چاکبوونەوەی چەند ساڵە لە عێراق، ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بە پاڵپشتی ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی (Save the Children)، خولێکی هۆشیاری و ڕاهێنانی دەربارەی چەمکی "پەروەردەی گشتگیر" بۆ مامۆستایانی قوتابخانەی هاواری بنەڕەتی لە شاری هەولێر ئەنجامدا.
تەوەرە سەرەکییەکانی دانیشتنەکە:
ئاشناکردنی مامۆستایان بە فەلسەفەی پەروەردەی گشتگیر و گرنگییەکەی لە پڕۆسەی خوێندندا. خستنەڕووی ئەو هۆکار و کارئاسانییانەی کە ژینگەی قوتابخانە بۆ هەموو قوتابیان بە بێ جیاوازی دەگونجێنن. گفتوگۆکردن لەسەر میکانیزمەکانی گۆڕینی قوتابخانە بەرەو سیستمێکی گشتگیر کە مافی خوێندن بۆ هەمووان دەستەبەر بکات.جێگەی دەستخۆشییە کە مامۆستایانی بەشداربوو بە پەرۆشی و خۆشحاڵی مەزنەوە بڕوانە بابەتەکە و جەختیان لە کاراکردنی ئەو هۆکارانە کردەوە کە قوتابخانەکەیان بەرەو ئاستێکی مرۆیی و زانستی بەرزتر دەبات.
هەنگاوەکانمان بەردەوامن بۆ بونیادنانی کۆمەڵگەیەکی هۆشیار و پەروەردەیەکی یەکسان.

Towards an Inclusive Educational Environment for All
Within the framework of the Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) in Iraq, the Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO), with the generous support of Save the Children, conducted an awareness and training session on the concept of "Inclusive Education" for teachers at Hawar Primary School in Erbil.
Key highlights of the session:
Introducing teachers to the philosophy and significance of inclusive education in the learning process. Identifying the necessary accommodations and tools to adapt the school environment for all students, regardless of their individual needs. Discussing mechanisms to transform schools into inclusive hubs that guarantee the right to education for every child.The participating teachers showed great enthusiasm and welcomed the initiative, emphasizing their commitment to implementing the necessary steps to transition their school towards a fully inclusive model.
Our efforts continue to build an aware society and an equitable educational system for all.

Save the Children, in partnership with the Halabja Disabled Organization and under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, conducted the second phase of a training course titled "Inclusive Education Models – Models 3 & 4." The program spanned five days (40 hours) with the primary goal of capacity building within the field of inclusive education.
Key Themes of the Course:
During the sessions, the training focused intensively on two strategic pillars:
Accessibility: Strategies for ensuring physical accessibility within schools to enable all children, without discrimination, to participate in the educational process independently and without barriers.
Developing Educational Resources: Introducing modern techniques for producing and providing Teaching Aids that cater to the diverse needs of students, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education.

Save the Children organized a one-day training course for the staff of Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO).
The training aimed to introduce the organization staff to the latest international policies and policies, which highlighted three main areas: Leader:
Financial Accounts Department (Finance): To regulate business affairs and transparency.

Supply Chain (Supply Chain): To streamline the purchase order and delivery of equipment effectively.

Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) in partnership with Save the Children International,conducted a special training for teachers of both Hawar and Dilin primary schools in Erbil, in the presence of: 1. Miss.Sazan Qadir, Director of Special Education in the Ministry of Education Extraordinary 3- Mr.Khurshid Ahmad Sheikha, First Supervisor of Quality Assurance and Educational Supervision Unit of Banaslawa
4- Mr,Marwan Mohammed Rashid, Assistant Supervisor
and the staff and principals of both schools.
The training was held under the title of “Model 1&2 of Inclusive Education” for 4 days, 20 hours mainly focusing on topics related to how to create appropriate plans and strategies in the classroom, to fully iinclution in educational process.
Instructors highlighted new methods of dealing with students with disabilities and how to design appropriate teaching plans within the general classroom.
