ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی (Save the Children) بەهاوبەشی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە و بەچاودێری وەزارەتی پەروەردە هەستا بە ئەنجامدانی ڕاهێنانێک لەبارەی قۆناغی دووەمی خولی ڕاهێنانی (مۆدێلەکانی پەروەردەی گشتگیر _ مۆدێلی ٣&٤) . ئەم خولە بۆ ماوەی پێنج ڕۆژ (٤٠کاتژمێر) بەردەوام بوو و ئامانجی پەرەپێدانی تواناکان لە بواری پەروەردەی گشتگیر.
تەوەرە سەرەکییەکانی خولەکە:
لە میانی ئەم ڕاهێنانەدا، بە چڕی جەخت لەسەر دوو لایەنی ستراتیژی کرایەوە:
• ڕەخساندنی ژینگەی گونجاو (Accessibility): چۆنیەتی دەستەبەرکردنی ئاسانکاریی فیزیکی لە قوتابخانەکاندا بۆ ئەوەی هەموو منداڵان، بەبێ جیاوازی، بتوانن بە شێوەیەکی سەربەخۆ و بێبەربەست بەشداری لە پڕۆسەی خوێندندا بکەن.
• پەرەپێدانی سەرچاوە فێرکارییەکان: ئاشنابوون بە تەکنیکە نوێیەکانی بەرهەمهێنان و دابینکردنی کەرەستەی فێرکاری (Teaching Aids) کە لەگەڵ پێداویستییە جیاوازەکانی قوتابیاندا بگونجێت و کوالێتی خوێندن بەرز بکاتەوە.

Inclusive Education Models
Save the Children, in partnership with the Halabja Disabled Organization and under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, conducted the second phase of a training course titled "Inclusive Education Models – Models 3 & 4." The program spanned five days (40 hours) with the primary goal of capacity building within the field of inclusive education.
Key Themes of the Course:
During the sessions, the training focused intensively on two strategic pillars:
Accessibility: Strategies for ensuring physical accessibility within schools to enable all children, without discrimination, to participate in the educational process independently and without barriers.
Developing Educational Resources: Introducing modern techniques for producing and providing Teaching Aids that cater to the diverse needs of students, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education.
This activity is part of the #MYRP project funded by Education Cannot Wait and granted by Save the Children International Iraq - منظمة انقاذ الطفل العالمية العراق .

Save the Children organized a one-day training course for the staff of Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO).
The training aimed to introduce the organization staff to the latest international policies and policies, which highlighted three main areas: Leader:
Financial Accounts Department (Finance): To regulate business affairs and transparency.

Supply Chain (Supply Chain): To streamline the purchase order and delivery of equipment effectively.

Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) in partnership with Save the Children International,conducted a special training for teachers of both Hawar and Dilin primary schools in Erbil, in the presence of: 1. Miss.Sazan Qadir, Director of Special Education in the Ministry of Education Extraordinary 3- Mr.Khurshid Ahmad Sheikha, First Supervisor of Quality Assurance and Educational Supervision Unit of Banaslawa
4- Mr,Marwan Mohammed Rashid, Assistant Supervisor
and the staff and principals of both schools.
The training was held under the title of “Model 1&2 of Inclusive Education” for 4 days, 20 hours mainly focusing on topics related to how to create appropriate plans and strategies in the classroom, to fully iinclution in educational process.
Instructors highlighted new methods of dealing with students with disabilities and how to design appropriate teaching plans within the general classroom.

ڕۆژی 27ی تشرینی دووەمی 2025،ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە (HDO) بە شانازییەوە بەشداری ڕاوێژکاری ستراتیژی لۆکاڵیزەکردنی کرد کە لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی نێودەوڵەتی کۆچ (IOM) ڕێکخرابوو.
لە چالاکییەکەدا کونسوڵی چەندین وڵات و ڕێکخراوە نێودەوڵەتییەکان و نوێنەرانی ئۆرگانەکانی هەڵبژاردنی ناوخۆیی عێراق و پەرلەمان و دامەزراوە حکومییەکانی عێراق لە بەغدا کۆکردەوە.

On November 27, 2025, Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) proudly participated in the Localization Strategy Consultation organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The event brought together consuls from several countries, international organizations, and representatives from Iraq’s internal election bodies, parliament, and government institutions in Baghdad.
HDO contributed its voice and experience to support stronger, community-driven approaches and to ensure that local NGOs included in future localization efforts.

Participation in TOT trainer training on inclusive education
The staff of Halabja Disabled Organization participated in the inclusive education training organized by Save the Children in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in the presence of a number of directors, supervisors and teachers.
During the training, the participants were introduced to the principles of inclusive education and the creation of inclusive education teams in schools.
The aim of this training is to change the field of inclusive education throughout Kurdistan by sharing the experience of the Halabja disabled organization with them.
The inclusive education model will be implemented in two schools in Erbil and three schools in Baghdad this academic year as a test.
Halabja Disabled Organization is the first organization for the disablity to participate in this process
