When a mother's love becomes a home for all children!
In the city of Halabja, Teacher Shadan—the mother of a dear child with Down syndrome—has turned her home into a small school.
The goal of this course is not just education, but building friendships and integrating children with special needs with neighboring children, helping them learn equality, and love from a young age. ✨
An initiative that brought our organization into action:
We, at the Halabja Disabled Organization, are proud to be the official sponsor of this free course. Our team of specialists and counselors are engaged daily and weekly to provide the latest educational methods and specialized lessons.
What do children learn in this course?
Reading, writing, and storytelling
Drawing, knitting, and handicrafts
⏳ Time management and taking a break from mobile & iPad screens
Environmental awareness and plastic collection to protect the city of Halabja
We call on everyone to support such unique initiatives. Together, we can build an inclusive society free of discrimination!
