Towards an Inclusive Educational Environment for All

​Within the framework of the Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) in Iraq, the Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO), with the generous support of Save the Children, conducted an awareness and training session on the concept of "Inclusive Education" for teachers at Hawar Primary School in Erbil.

​Key highlights of the session:

Introducing teachers to the philosophy and significance of inclusive education in the learning process.

Identifying the necessary accommodations and tools to adapt the school environment for all students, regardless of their individual needs.

Discussing mechanisms to transform schools into inclusive hubs that guarantee the right to education for every child.

​The participating teachers showed great enthusiasm and welcomed the initiative, emphasizing their commitment to implementing the necessary steps to transition their school towards a fully inclusive model.

​Our efforts continue to build an aware society and an equitable educational system for all.

کۆبونەوەیەک لەبارەی خوێندنی گشتگیر

ڕۆژی دووشەممە ٢٠٢٦/١/٢٦ ، لە بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتیی پلاندانان، کۆبوونەوەیەکی تایبەت بە مەبەستی پەرەپێدانی پڕۆسەی خوێندنی گشتگیر لە هەردوو قوتابخانەی (هاوار و دلین ) ئەنجامدرا.

​ بە ئامادەبوونی هەر یەک لە بەڕێزان :

شیلان خەلیل جنید - بەڕێوەبەری گشتیی پلاندانان لەوەزارەتی پەروەردە ، سازان قادر- بەڕێوەبەری پەروەردەی تایبەت ، سۆران محمد حسین- بەڕێوەبەری خوێندنی نائاسایی ، هاودەنگ خضر - لە بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتیی پلاندانان ، م. بەهجەت رحمان - ستافی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامان.

ئەم چالاکیە بەشێکە لە پڕۆژەی #چاکبونەوەی_چەندساڵەی کە پاڵپشتی دەکرێت لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی ەوە

سەردانی و ڕێزلێنان بۆ ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە

​ هەر دوو بەڕێز ( وریا حەمە کەرەم و هاوڕێز ساڵح) سەردانی ئۆفیسی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجەیان کرد. ئەم سەردانە بە مەبەستی دەربڕینی سوپاس و پێزانین بوو بۆ کار و چالاکییە بەردەوامەکانی ڕێکخراو لە خزمەتکردنی کەسانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت.

​بە تایبەتی، وەک وەفایەک بۆ هەوڵە بێوچانەکانی ڕێکخراو لە پێناو جێبەجێکردنی ئەو بڕگە یاساییانەی پەیوەستن بە مافی دامەزراندنی کەسانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت، کە لە یاسای ماف و ئیمتیازاتی کەمئەنداماندا چەسپێنراوە. لای خۆیانەوە، میوانەکان دەستخۆشییان لە ڕێکخراو کرد بۆ بوونیان بە داکۆکیکارێکی ڕاستەقینە لە مافە

Monday 19/1/2026 in order to raise awareness about the right to education of students with disabilities

At the request of Halabja Non-Governmental Institute for Computer Sciences, we held a seminar for second and third grade students on how to deal with students with disabilities and identify problems.

لەسەر داوای پەیمانگای هەڵەبجەی ناحکومی بۆ زانستەکانی کۆمپیوتەر سیمینارێکمان بۆ خوێندکارانی قۆناغی دووەم وسێیەم ئەنجام دا سەبارەت بەچۆنیەتی هەڵسوکەوت لەگەڵ خوێندکارانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت و ناسینی گرفتەکان، سوپاس بۆ کارگێڕی پەیمانگا و مامۆستابەڕێزەکانیان و سەرجەم خوێندکاران، زۆر بەدڵسۆزانە کاردەکەن ئێمەش بەڵێنی هەر هاوکاریەک بۆ خزمەتی خاوەن پێداویستەکان دا.

​ ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی (Save the Children) بەهاوبەشی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە و بەچاودێری وەزارەتی پەروەردە هەستا بە ئەنجامدانی ڕاهێنانێک لەبارەی قۆناغی دووەمی خولی ڕاهێنانی (مۆدێلەکانی پەروەردەی گشتگیر _ مۆدێلی ٣&٤) . ئەم خولە بۆ ماوەی پێنج ڕۆژ (٤٠کاتژمێر) بەردەوام بوو و ئامانجی پەرەپێدانی تواناکان لە بواری پەروەردەی گشتگیر.

​تەوەرە سەرەکییەکانی خولەکە:

​لە میانی ئەم ڕاهێنانەدا، بە چڕی جەخت لەسەر دوو لایەنی ستراتیژی کرایەوە:

• ​ڕەخساندنی ژینگەی گونجاو (Accessibility): چۆنیەتی دەستەبەرکردنی ئاسانکاریی فیزیکی لە قوتابخانەکاندا بۆ ئەوەی هەموو منداڵان، بەبێ جیاوازی، بتوانن بە شێوەیەکی سەربەخۆ و بێبەربەست بەشداری لە پڕۆسەی خوێندندا بکەن.

• ​پەرەپێدانی سەرچاوە فێرکارییەکان: ئاشنابوون بە تەکنیکە نوێیەکانی بەرهەمهێنان و دابینکردنی کەرەستەی فێرکاری (Teaching Aids) کە لەگەڵ پێداویستییە جیاوازەکانی قوتابیاندا بگونجێت و کوالێتی خوێندن بەرز بکاتەوە.

​Meeting on Inclusive Education

​On Monday, a special meeting was held at the General Directorate of Planning to discuss the development of the inclusive education process at Hawar and Dalin schools.

​The meeting was attended by:

​Shilan Khalil Junaid – Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Education.

​Sazan Qadir – Director of Special Education.

​Soran Mohammed Hussein – Director of Non-formal Education.

​Hawdang Khidr – Representative from the General Directorate of Planning.

​Mr. Bahjat Rahman – Staff member of the Disability Organization.

Inclusive Education Models

​Save the Children, in partnership with the Halabja Disabled Organization and under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, conducted the second phase of a training course titled "Inclusive Education Models – Models 3 & 4." The program spanned five days (40 hours) with the primary goal of capacity building within the field of inclusive education.

​Key Themes of the Course:

​During the sessions, the training focused intensively on two strategic pillars:

​Accessibility: Strategies for ensuring physical accessibility within schools to enable all children, without discrimination, to participate in the educational process independently and without barriers.

​Developing Educational Resources: Introducing modern techniques for producing and providing Teaching Aids that cater to the diverse needs of students, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education.

سەکۆی هاودەنگی رێکخراوەکانی هەڵەبجە لە ماوەی رابردوودا لەرێی چەندین چالاکییەوە خزمەتێکی بەرچاوی لە بواری کاری مەدەنی کردووە، بەو هۆیەوە لەپێناو هەنگاونانێکی کاراتر و چوونە قۆناغێکی نوێی خزمەتکردنەوە، ئەمرۆ بە فەرمی مۆڵەتی تۆماری لە فەرمانگەی رێکخراوە ناحکومییەکان وەرگرت. بە پشتگیری فەرمانگەی رێکخراوە ناحکومییەکان ، کەسانی پێشکەوتوو خواز و مرۆڤ دۆست، لە ئایندەدا پرۆژە و چالاکی زیاتر لە شارەکە

ئەنجام دەدەین.

بەخۆشحاڵیەوە ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە یەکێک بوو لە دامەزرێنەرانی سەکۆی هاودەنگی

ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی (Save the Children) هەستا بە ئەنجامدانی خولێکی ڕاهێنانی یەک ڕۆژە بۆ ستافی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە HDO .

​ئەم ڕاهێنانە بە ئامانجی ئاشناکردنی ستافی ڕێکخراو بوو بە نوێترین سیاسەت و پۆلیسییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان، کە تیشکی خستە سەر سێ سێکتەری سەرەکی:

​بەشی دارایی (Finance): بۆ ڕێکخستنەوەی کاروباری ژمێریاری و شەفافیەت.

​سەرچاوە مرۆییەکان (HR): بۆ باشترکردنی بەڕێوەبردنی ستاف و گەشەپێدانی تواناکان.

​زنجیرەی دابینکردن (Supply Chain): بۆ ڕێکخستنی پرۆسەی کڕین و گەیاندنی پێداویستییەکان بە شێوەیەکی کاریگەر.

​ئەنجامدانی ئەم جۆرە ڕاهێنانانە دەبێتە هۆی زیاتر بەرەوپێشچوونی کارەکانی ڕێکخراو و خزمەتکردنی زیاتری کۆمەڵگە بە شێوازێکی زانستی و سەردەمیانە.
