Halabja Disabled Organization participated in an event to celebrate German Unity Day at the official invitation of the German Consul General. organized by the German Consul General in Erbil.

لە ئاستی جیهانیدا بیربکەرەوە و لێهاتووییەکانت لە ئاستی ناوخۆییدا بەهێزبکە”.
ڕۆژی 27ی تشرینی دووەمی 2025،ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە (HDO) بە شانازییەوە بەشداری ڕاوێژکاری ستراتیژی لۆکاڵیزەکردنی کرد کە لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی نێودەوڵەتی کۆچ (IOM) ڕێکخرابوو.
لە چالاکییەکەدا کونسوڵی چەندین وڵات و ڕێکخراوە نێودەوڵەتییەکان و نوێنەرانی ئۆرگانەکانی هەڵبژاردنی ناوخۆیی عێراق و پەرلەمان و دامەزراوە حکومییەکانی عێراق لە بەغدا کۆکردەوە.
ڕیكخراوی كەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بە دەنگ و ئەزموونی خۆی بەشداری کرد ،بۆ پشتگیریکردن لە ڕێبازە بەهێزتر و کۆمەڵایەتییەکان و دڵنیابوون لەوەی کەڕیكخراوەكان لە
هەوڵەکانی داهاتووی خۆجێیکردندا بەشدارن.

Inclusive Education and a Peaceful Environment
The Halabja Organization for People with Disabilities, as part of the project “Inclusive Education and a Peaceful Environment,” organized a seminar in Salem and Shorsh Nwe schools.
The purpose of the seminar was to raise students’ awareness about cooperation and supporting their classmates with special needs within their schools

Think globally and empower locally.”
On November 27, 2025, Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) proudly participated in the Localization Strategy Consultation organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The event brought together consuls from several countries, international organizations, and representatives from Iraq’s internal election bodies, parliament, and government institutions in Baghdad.
HDO contributed its voice and experience to support stronger, community-driven approaches and to ensure that local NGOs included in future localization efforts.

In an official visit, the staff of Halabja Disabled Organization together with the staff of Fida International visited the General Directorate of Education of Halabja and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Soran Omar Mustafa, Director General of Education of Halabja.
The purpose of the visit was to express gratitude for the continuous support and assistance of the General Directorate of Education of Halabja and also receive thanks from the Director General of Education of Halabja for the continuous services of both organizations.
For his part, Mr. Soran Omar Mustafa thanked the two organizations and said that in the past ten (10) years they have done important services in the education process in Halabja province. for this purpose, he presented an award of thank and appreciation to FIDA.
It is worth mentioning that Halabja Disabled Organization in collaboration with Fida International Organization since 2016 in the field of inclusive education and teaching in Halabja province with the continuous support of the General Directorate of Education of Halabja.

لای خۆیەوە بەڕێز مامۆستا(سۆران عمر مصطفى) سوپاسی هەردوو ڕێکخراوی ناوبراوی کرد و ڕایگەیان لە دە(١٠)ساڵی ڕابردوودا خزمەتی گرنگ و بەرچاویان لەپارێزگای هەڵەبجە بە پڕۆسەی پەروەردەی و فێرکردن کردووە ، بەو بۆنەشەوە خەڵاتی وەفا و پێزانینی پێشکەش بە ڕێکخراوی (FIDA) فیدا کرد.
جێی ئاماژەپێدانە ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بەهاوبەشی ڕێکخراوی فیدای نێودەوڵەتی لەساڵی (٢٠١٦)ەوە لە بواری پەروەردەی گشتگیر و فێرکردن لە پارێزگای هەڵەبجە خزمەت ئەکەن بەپاڵپشتی بەردەوامی بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتی پەروەردەی هەڵەبجە .
لەکۆتایدا ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە سوپاس و پێزانینی خۆی ئاراستەی سەرجەم بەڕێوبەران ، سەرپەرشتیاران ، مامۆستایان و دایبابان دەکات لەپای بەدەمەوەهاتنیان لە پڕۆژەکەدا.

Participation in TOT trainer training on inclusive education
The staff of Halabja Disabled Organization participated in the inclusive education training organized by Save the Children in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in the presence of a number of directors, supervisors and teachers.
During the training, the participants were introduced to the principles of inclusive education and the creation of inclusive education teams in schools.
The aim of this training is to change the field of inclusive education throughout Kurdistan by sharing the experience of the Halabja disabled organization with them.
The inclusive education model will be implemented in two schools in Erbil and three schools in Baghdad this academic year as a test.
Halabja Disabled Organization is the first organization for the disablity to participate in this process
