​بە بانگهێشتی فەرمی کونسوڵگەری گشتیی کۆماری فیدراڵی ئەڵمانیا لە هەرێمی کوردستان، نوێنەرانی ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە (HDO) بەشداری لە ڕێوڕەسمی ساڵیادی ڕۆژی یەکگرتوویی ئەڵمانیا کرد.

​ئەم بەشدارییە دەرفەتێکی گرنگ بوو بۆ ئاڵوگۆڕی دیدگاكان، بەهێزکردنی پەیوەندییەکان و جەختکردنەوە لە بەها هاوبەشەکانی هاوکاری و پێکەوەژیان.

​بەو بۆنەیەوە، گەرمترین پیرۆزبایی ئاراستەی گەل و حکومەتی ئەڵمانیا دەکەین و سوپاسی کونسوڵگەری گشتیی ئەڵمانیا دەکەین بۆ بانگهێشت و میواندارییە شایستەکەیان.

لە چوارچێوەی پرۆژەی #MYRP وەک بەشێک لە پڕۆژەی #چاکبونەوەی_چەندساڵەی لە عێراق کە پاڵپشتی دەکرێت لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی ەوە.

​لە چوارچێوەی هەوڵە بەردەوامەکان بۆ پشتیگیریکردنی کەرتی پەروەردە و بەرەوپێشبردنی پڕۆسەی خوێندنی گشتگیر، نوێنەری ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە کۆبوونەوەیەکی لەگەڵ هەردوو (گروپی گشتگیر) و (گروپی چارەسەری گرفتی قوتابیانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت) لە قوتابخانەی دلین ئەنجامدا.

​لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا بە وردی گفتوگۆ دەربارەی ئاستەنگ و گرفتەکانی بەردەم قوتابیان کرا، و جەخت لەسەر هەماهەنگی زیاتر و داڕشتنی ڕێگەچارەی گونجاو کرایەوە بۆ ڕەخساندنی ژینگەیەکی پەروەردەیی گونجاو بۆ سەرجەم قوتابیان.

At the official invitation of the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Kurdistan Region, representatives of the Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO) participated in the ceremony marking the anniversary of German Unity Day.

The occasion provided an important opportunity to exchange perspectives, strengthen relationships, and reaffirm shared values of cooperation and peaceful coexistence.

On this occasion, we extend our warmest congratulations to the people and Government of Germany and express our sincere appreciation to the Consulate General of Germany for their kind invitation and gracious hospitality.

In the framework of continuous efforts to support the education sector and promote the inclusive education process, the representative of Halabja Disabled Organization held a meeting with both (Inclusive Group) and (Problem Solving Group of Students with Disabilities) in Hawar School.

The meeting discussed in detail the obstacles and problems facing students, and emphasized on further coordination and formulating appropriate solutions to provide an appropriate educational environment for all students

Within the framework of the Local Space program and in collaboration with DCA, Halabja Disabled Organization participated in an advocacy training workshop on 23 and 24 September 2026 in Erbil.

 The aim of the workshop was to strengthen the abilities of the participants to serve the community and establish an effective network for localization.  These sessions provided opportunities to identify new strategies, effective tools and capacity building, introducing key advocacy principles for rights and interests.

 This contribution is Halabja Disabled Organization's commitment to strengthening partnerships, developing the capacity of civil society organizations and supporting human services at the local and national levels

لە چوارچێوەی بەرنامەی Local Space و بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ DCA، ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە لە ڕۆژانی ٢٣ و ٢٤ی ئەیلوولی ٢٠٢٦ لە هەولێر بەشداریی لە وۆرکشۆپێکی ڕاهێنانی داکۆکیکردندا کرد.

ئامانجی وۆرکشۆپەکە بەهێزکردنی تواناو لێهاتووییەکانی بەشداربووان بوو بۆ خزمەتکردنی زیاتر بە کۆمەڵگەو دامەزراندنی تۆڕێکی کاریگەر بوو بۆ پرسی خۆجێیکردن (Localization) . لەم دانیشتنانەدا دەرفەت ڕەخسا بۆ ناسینی ستراتیژییە نوێیەکان، ئامرازە کاریگەرەکان و بەهێزکردنی تواناکان، ناساندنی بنەما سەرەکییەکانی داکۆکیکردن بۆ ماف و بەرژەوەندییەکان.

ئەم بەشدارییە پابەندبوونی (ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە)یە بە بەهێزکردنی هاوبەشییەکان، پەرەپێدانی توانای ڕێکخراوەکانی کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی و پشتگیریکردنی خزمەتگوزارییە مرۆییەکان لە ئاستی خۆجێی و نیشتمانیدا.

Within the framework of the MYRP project and as part of a multi-year recovery program in Iraq supported by Save the Children under the auspices of the Ministry of Education.

Halabja Disabled Organization organized an activity on the opening of schools and the new academic year in both Hawar and Dlin schools in Erbil.

The main objective of this activity was to provide psychological support and a pleasant and encouraging atmosphere for students, especially first grade students with the start of the new school year. The event implemented a number of items, including:

Provision of school supplies: Distribution of bags and school supplies (stationery) to first grade students by Medical Media Organization, in order to ease the burden on families and encourage children to study

Psychological and social support: Organize a special celebration in order to create a respectful and pleasant atmosphere according to psychological and educational standards to prepare students for the learning process

Representatives of the Ministry of Education, World Child Protection Organization, officials and representatives of government and party institutions participated in the meeting, which reflects the cooperation and coordination between civil society organizations and administrative bodies to support the education sector

Such activities play a significant role in creating a favorable environment for learners and strengthening the psychological infrastructure of children in different parts of the Kurdistan Region

​لە چوارچێوەی پڕۆژەی (MYRP)  وەک بەشێک لە بەرنامەی چاکبوونەوەی چەندساڵە لە عێراق کە لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانییەوە پاڵپشتی دەکرێت بەسەرپەرشتی وەزارەتی پەروەردە .

 ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە چالاکییەکی لەسەر کردنەوەی دەرگای قوتابخانە و ساڵی نوێی خوێندن لە هەردوو قوتابخانەی هاوار و  قوتابخانەی دلین لە شاری هەولێر سازکرد.

​ئامانجی سەرەکیی ئەم چالاکییە بریتی بوو لە پشتگیریی دەروونی و بەخشینی کەشێکی خۆش و هاندەر بۆ قوتابیان، بەتایبەتی قوتابیانی پۆلی یەکەمی بنەڕەتی لەگەڵ دەستپێکی ساڵی نوێی خوێندندا. چالاکییەکە کۆمەڵێک بڕگەی تێدا جێبەجێ کرا، لەوانە:

​دابینکردنی پێداویستییەکانی خوێندن: دابەشکردنی جانتا و کەلوپەلی خوێندن (قڕتاسیە) بەسەر قوتابیانی پۆلی یەکەمدا لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی میدیایی پزیشکییەوە، بە مەبەستی سووککردنی بارگرانیی سەر شانی خێزانەکان و هاندانی منداڵان بۆ خوێندن

​پشتگیریی دەروونی و کۆمەڵایەتی: ڕێکخستنی ئاهەنگێکی تایبەت بە مەبەستی دروستکردنی کەشێکی بەپێز و خۆش بەپێی پێوەرە دەروونی و پەروەردەیییەکان بۆ ئامادەکردنی قوتابیان بۆ پرۆسەی خوێندن

​بەئامادەبوونی نوێنەرانی وەزارەتی پەروەردە و نوێنەری ڕێکخراوی منداڵپارێزی جیهانی و  بەرپرسان و نوێنەرانی دامودەزگا حکومی و حزبییەکان بەشداربوون، کە ئەمەش ڕەنگدانەوەی هاوکاری و هەماهەنگیی نێوان ڕێکخراوەکانی کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی و لایەنە ئیدارییەکانە بۆ پشتگیریکردنی کەرتی پەروەردە

​ئەم جۆرە چالاکییانە ڕۆڵێکی بەرچاو دەگێڕن لە دروستکردنی ژینگەیەکی لەبار بۆ فێرخوازان و بەهێزکردنی ژێرخانی دەروونیی منداڵان لە ناوچە جیاوازەکانی هەرێمی کوردستاندا

ڕۆژی ٢٠٢٦/٨/١٩ بەشداری ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە لە کۆبونەوەیەک، بۆ گفتوگۆکردن سەبارەت بە بارودۆخی هەڵەبجە، ژنان، گەنجان و کەمئەندامان کارو چالاکیەکانی ڕیکخراوەکان، بە ئامادەبونی بەڕێزان عیرفان سدیق، باڵیۆزی نوێی بەریتانیا لە عێراق، هۆلی ڤیر، کونسوڵی گشتی بەریتانیا، خاتوو نوخشە ناسیح، پارێزگاری هەڵەبجە، و نوێنەری چەند ڕێكخراوێكی کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی لە هەڵەبجە كە لە زانکوی هەڵەبجە کۆبونەوەکە ڕێکخرابوو. 

ئەمڕۆ سێشەممە، بە سەرپەرشتی بەڕێز نوخشە ناصح پارێزگاری هەڵەبجە لە دیوانی پارێزگا، کۆبوونەوەیەک لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بە سەرۆکایەتی بەڕێز ”مەریوان وەهبی ڕەشید” بەڕێوەچوو. 

کۆبوونەوەکە تایبەت بوو بە تاوتوێکردنی ڕێگەچارەکان بۆ زیاتر خزمەتکردنی کەسانی خاوەن پێداویستیی تایبەت و فراوانکردنی هەماهەنگییەکان لە بواری پەروەردەو خوێندنی تایبەت، هاوکات بەڕێز پارێزگار پاڵپشتی تەواوی ئیدارەی پارێزگای بۆ ڕەخساندنی ژینگەیەکی گونجاو  بۆ ئەم توێژە گرنگەی کۆمەڵگە دووپات کردەوە.
