پاش نیوەۆی ڕۆژی چوارشەممە (21/9/2022) بەڕێزان (بەرزان ئەكرەم) بەرپرسی فەرمانگەی ڕێكخراوە ناحكومییەكان‌و بەڕێز مامۆستا اقباڵ غفار ،سەرۆکی ڕێکخراوی سەروەری هەڵەبجە و وەفدی هاوڕێی سەردانی ڕێكخراوی كەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجەیان كردو بەگەرمی لەلایەن بەرپرس‌و ستافی ڕێكخراوەوە پێشوازیان لێكرا.
مەبەستی سەردانەكەیان ئاگاداربوون بوو لەڕەوشی كارو چالاكی‌و هەوڵەكانی ڕێكخراوی كەمئەندامان لەسنووری پارێزگای هەڵەبجەو ئەو بەرەوپێشچوونانەی لەئاكامی پرۆژەكانەوە بەدەەست هاتوون.
پەرەپێدانی توانای خۆبەخشان و ستافی ڕێکخراو
بەرواری 1,2/10/2022 ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە كۆتایهێنا به ڕاهێنانێکی دوو ڕۆژە بۆ خۆبەخشان و ستافی ڕێکخراو دەربارەی (داکۆکیکردن، دیالۆگ و نێوەندگیری).
ئەم چالاکیە لەچوارچێوەی پڕۆژەی (پەرەپێدانی توانای گەنجان و گشتگیر کردنەوەی گەنجانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت) لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ Un Ponte Per(UPP) بە سپۆنسەری UNDP و بەهەماهەنگی حکومەتی عێراق و بە پاڵپشتی دارای یەکێتی ئەوروپا لە چوارچێوەی پڕۆژەی "حیوار" جێەجێدەکرێت

Capacity building training.
On 1-2/10/2022, HDO concluded Two days of training for its Volunteers and staff members on (advocacy, dialogue, and Mediation).
This training was implemented in the framework of the project (Youth empowerment and inclusion of youth with disabilities) by Halabja Disabled Organization in collaboration with Un Ponte Per (UPP), sponsored by UNDP and coordinated by the Iraqi Government and with financial support from the European Union.
Mr. Ahmed Kawani presented this training.

Halabja Disabled Organization hosted the second-day training as a part of the training programme on special and inclusive education for educational supervisors and trainers from the General Directorate of Education in Halabja and Penjwen.
The training programme is made possible with the support of Fida international.

Within the framework of the project (Youth empowerment and inclusion of youth with disabilities) by Halabja Disabled Organization in collaboration with Un Ponte Per (UPP) sponsored by UNDP and coordinated by the Iraqi Government and with financial support from the European Union.
On 6.7.8/9/2022 HDO concluded the youth training program for the second group of youth and youth with disabilities on (advocacy, dialogue and self-confidence, the role of accessibility to promote inclusive community and people with disability rights, and soft skills).

Two members of HDO as representative participated in HIWAR Project training.
Sponsored by UNDP Iraq In coordination with the Iraqi government and funded from the European Union, #UPP organization launched the first training for the "Hiwar" project, which brought together a number of civil society organizations that won the program's grant in order to familiarize them with the mechanisms for implementing activities and programs.
As the only organisation in Halabja, #HDO will be part of implementing "contribute towards empowerment and inclusion of youth with disabilities" project in the framework of Hiwar Project.
