Conducting two days of training for educational supervisors in Halabja and Sulaimani

Halabja Disabled Organization continued its activities by conducting two days of training for educational supervisors of Halabja and Sulaimani on (4-14/6/2023) (in order to introduce them to special education and the importance of special education and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education to further serve the students with disabilities in schools.

The two-day training was held in Sulaimani at the Titanic and Ramada Hotel.

It is worth mentioning that the first day was dedicated to identifying the types of people with disabilities by (Mr. Dina) lecturer at Sulaimani University and the second day by Mr. (Mr. Nuradin Osman) Director General of Exams in the Ministry of Education and (M. Tariq) Director of Wise Kindergartens and Schools who spoke about the new guidelines of the Ministry of Education on special education and the importance of special education.

It is worth mentioning that the training was conducted within the framework of the project (Innovative education and peaceful living environment for vulnerable children and youth) with the support of Fida International.

At the end of the training, certificate of participation was presented by Mr. Bakr Mahmoud, Administrative Supervisor of Sulaimani Educational Supervision Directorate to the participants.
