Conducting training for (civil society organizations and volunteer groups in Halabja and Khurmal district)

On Thursday 12/1/2023 Halabja Disabled Organization held a  training entitled (Role of NGOs and youth volunteer groups  in promoting peace and coexistence).

The training was presented by Asset. Professor Luqman Sewaily.

The training focused on introducing the concepts of peace, coexistence and tolerance, mechanisms for promoting peace and coexistence, international principles of tolerance, the role of organizations and groups in promoting peace.

It is worth mentioning that this training is part of the project (Enhance social cohesion and Peace Building through Youth Participation) which is organized by Halabja Disabled Organization in coordination with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and with the financial support of the Government of the Netherlands.
