.On 21October, 2021 Halabja Disabled organization within the framework of "Empower organizations of People with disabilities including youth project." Under the Yes We Can Consortium for people with Disabilities in Iraq, This project supported by Fida International and Implementing by Sheyaw Organization in cooperation with (Zhin Association, Rozh Association and Halabja Disabled Organization) Holds a seminar about the Special Education for Students with disabilities and its importance in education sector, also we discussed the barriers and shared ideas with regard to the participants.
