Mr. Bahjat Rahman, a member of Halabja Disabled Organization, participated in a meeting about the problems facing students with disabilities in schools with the presence of most of the directors general of the Ministry of Education, On the recommendation of the Minister of Education (Dr. Alan Hama Saeed).
