.On 8 November 2021 in the framework of the project (Betterment education opportunities for Students with special needs) Halabja disabled organization in coordination with Halabja Technical Institute and funded by Fida international holds a Seminar about “Interacting with people with disabilities and introducing their Rights). the seminar was presented by (Mr.Hekmat Marof) a disability-rights activist.
