Planting Trees
This planting trees and flowers activity is an attempt implemented as a response to climate change and to increase the green space in the schools, the project is implemented by Halabja Disabled Organization and supported by Fida International in partnership with General Education Directorate of Halabja.

“The Disability Inclusion in Education Conference"
“The Disability Inclusion in Education" was the topic of the fifth conference that took place on 22 February 2022 in Erbil.
It dealt with many important topics that have been overlooked by the government ministries of education, health and Labor and social affairs, Kurdistan parliament members, experts, national and international NGOs and disability organizations.
The attendees and experts have discussed all the gaps affecting the Education of students with disabilities based on two scientific research papers which were written by the HDO research team in 2020 and 2021.
Training For Kindergarten Teacher
On 2 February 2022, in attendance by Mr. Dler, Director of educational supervisors and Ms. Naima kindergarten superiors of Halabja Education Directorate, Conducted a training for kindergarten teachers about “an introduction to early childhood and Mental Health”.
At the end of the training certificate of participation was given to the attendees.

Children have the right to education, this awareness Campaign calls for an end for injustice toward students with special needs.
The main objective of this campaign is to introduce rights of Students with special need to themselves, their friends and Teachers.
This campaign implemented within the framework of “Inclusive education and peaceful living environment for student with special needs In Kurdistan” By Halabja Disabled Organization and supported by Fida International.
