Sign Language Training
Sign language serves as a vital tool in promoting inclusive education in the Kurdistan Region. Raising awareness among educators, particularly those in special education, is an essential step toward this goal.
In collaboration with the Medya Medical Organization, the Halabja Disabled Organization will conduct a comprehensive 10-day training program in sign language, specifically tailored for special education teachers within the General Directorate of Education in Halabja.
The training curriculum is based on the latest scientific methods and introduces educators to the unspoken world of the deaf community. Through this training, teachers will gain the ability to understand their students better and become proficient in using essential sign language codes.
This practical initiative represents a significant resource for special education teachers and marks the beginning of a transformative experience in the field of education.

پاڵەوان موسلیم ئەکرەم یاریزانی یانەی کاراتی خورماڵە و وەک تاکە یاریزانی پاراکاراتی عێراق بەشداری پاڵەوانێتی کاراتی ئاسیا دەکات و پلەی سێیەم بەدەستدەهێنێت.
کەسانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت دەتوانن بە ئامانجەکانیان بگەن ئەگەر ژینگەکەیان بۆ بڕەخسێت و کاک مسلیم نموونەی ئەم سەرکەوتنەیە.
لەکۆتایدا سوپاس بۆ یانەی کاراتی خورماڵ کە توانیویانە خزمەت بەکەسانی خاوەن پیداویستی بکەن و لە پاڵەوانیەتیەکاندا بەشداریان پێبکەن.
ڕاهێنانی زمانی ئاماژە
(زمانی ئاماژه) ئامرازێكی گرنگه بۆ به‌هێزكردنی (په‌روه‌رده‌ی لەخۆگر) له‌هه‌رێمی كوردستان. ئاگایی و زانیارییه‌كانی مامۆستایان به‌گشتی و مامۆستایانی په‌روه‌رده‌ی تایبه‌ت له‌باره‌یه‌وه هه‌نگاوێكی پڕبایه‌خه.
(ڕێكخراوی كه‌مئه‌ندامانی هه‌ڵه‌بجه) به‌هاوبه‌شی (ڕێكخراوی میدیای پزیشكی) و لە ژێرچاودێری بەڕێوبەرایەتی گشتی پەروەردەی هەڵەبجە له‌ماوه‌ی (10) ڕۆژ ڕاهێناندا پاكێجێكی تایبه‌ت به زمانی ئاماژه بۆ به‌شێك له مامۆستایانی په‌روه‌رده‌ی تایبه‌ت له‌سنوری به‌ڕێوه‌به‌رایه‌تی گشتی په‌روه‌رده‌ی هه‌ڵه‌بجه‌ی شه‌هید پێشكه‌ش ده‌كه‌ن.
ڕاهێنانه‌كه به‌پشت به‌ستن به نوێترین میتۆده زانستییه‌كان ئاماده‌كراوه‌و په‌روه‌رده‌كاران ئاشنای جیهانی نه‌وتراوی نابیستان ده‌كات و توانایی تێگه‌یشتن و تێگه‌یاندنی قوتابی و خوێندكارانیان ده‌بێت و به گرنگترین كۆده‌كانی ئاماژه ئاشنا ده‌بن.
ئه‌م هه‌نگاوه كردارییه ده‌بێته سه‌رچاوه‌یه‌كی پرشنگدار بۆ مامۆستایانی په‌روه‌رده‌ی تایبه‌ت و سه‌ره‌تای ئه‌زموونێكی نوێیه له‌بواری په‌روه‌رده‌دا.

Conducting Training
Halabja Disabled Organization conducted a training session on the "Effects of Climate Change on Children with Autism" for the staff of the Autism and Rehabilitation Center in Halabja, led by mental health specialist Dr. Jaafar Omar. The training addressed the impact of climate change on children with autism, focusing on how trainers can effectively manage various situations and recognize the symptoms associated with these changes. The session aimed to enhance the staff's ability to provide tailored support and care for autistic children in response to climate-related challenges.

Conducting Training
In continuation of the activities of the Smart Poultry Project by the Halabja Disabled Organization, the fifth group of women participated. The project aims to empower women by providing training in poultry farming techniques and the use of smart equipment, leveraging the city's favorable agricultural conditions. It focuses on women engaged in poultry projects, guiding them on how to enhance productivity and sustainability.

International Youth Day
On 11/8/2024, Halabja Disabled Organization and Nwe Organization a joint activity in Halabja province on the occasion of International Youth Day entitled (The Role of youth in Mitigating the impacts of climate change).
which consisted of a panel on the role of youth in mitigating the impacts of climate change by experts in the field. Then get the audience's opinion on the topic.
In the final part of the activity, the youth participants were divided into several groups and presented their ideas and recommendations.
Participation
The Halabja Disabled Organization recently visited the office of Mr. Nuksha Nasih, Governor of the Halabja Central District. The primary purpose of the visit was to initiate preparations for a group of children with disabilities to participate in the annual Olympics and the national "Magic Math" competition, held in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The organization is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of children with disabilities across various domains, ensuring they are empowered to reach their full potential.

Participation
As the sole representative from the Kurdistan Region, the Halabja Disabled Organization's delegate participated in the inaugural conference of the National Team of Youth with Disabilities in Iraq, under the supervision of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. The event, held in Baghdad, was attended by several ministers, advisors, directors general, and other relevant parties.
The national team is tasked with drafting a strategic plan for individuals with disabilities, incorporating suggestions and feedback from various stakeholders to design and implement appropriate services. This team will operate under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister's Office. During the initial meeting, the objectives and responsibilities of the national team were presented.
